Israel Intensive Terms and Conditions

Air Transportation

All airline fees and policies apply. Once purchased, any refund for airfare is according to the terms and conditions of the airline. For those purchasing airfare through OneKing if your purchase airfare from the USA, OneKing gives you the option to select a preferred airport other than New York City, however airfare is only guaranteed from New York City to Tel Aviv. If you select a different preferred airport, OneKing will attempt to secure airfare from that airport but it may affect the cost of airfare. If you request a different originating airport and there is an increase in price associated with that change, OneKing will communicate the increase in price and the attendee will have the option to select the airfare at the adjusted price or to remain with the standard registration with airfare.

Ground Transportation

OneKing will provide a shuttle for conference attendees to the hotel upon arrival from Ben Gurion Airport and from Ben Gurion Airport on departure. If attendees purchase their own airfare they are responsible for meeting the rest of the attendees at Ben Gurion Airport at the designated time. If attendees purchase their own airfare, but miss the group meet up for any reason they are responsible for purchasing their own transportation from the airport to meet the group. OneKing can recommend transportation options if attendees have travel delays, but attendees are responsible for any costs incurred as a result of travel delays for airfare purchased separately from OneKing. OneKing proves transportation to all sites and locations part of the trip during the time in Israel.

Accommodations

Registration includes accommodations at the Christ Church Guesthouse in Jerusalem and the Ein Gev Resort in Galilee. Registration prices are per person, based on attendees sharing rooms with a private bath. Attendees are matched with other attendees of the same gender and age, but attendees may request a specific roommate who is also participating in the intensive.
